Jennifer Aniston has allegedly been dubbed as a cougar and a cradle snatcher for wanting to date much younger men.
According to National Enquirer, Jennifer Aniston never thought that he would be interested in dating again. And after she had the realization earlier this year, she also realized that her relationships might work best if she’s with a younger guy.
A source claimed that Aniston took inspiration from her celebrity pals, Courteney Cox and Demi Moore who have both been linked to much younger men following their divorces.
“Courteney Cox and Demi really opened her eyes and made her realize younger guys are the way to go. They’re more fun, appreciative, and in better shape than most guys her age,” the source said.
Jennifer Aniston wants to get back together with John Mayer
The insider also claimed that Aniston doesn’t need to look too far because she already has her eyes sight on John Mayer.
When the exes first dated years ago, their age gap became one of the main reasons for their split. But the tabloid is now saying that Mayer has become more mature so Aniston is interested in the singer again.
“Jen’s always considered him the one she let getaway. They’ve been spending time together while she’s helping him get on a healthy diet. His age was a problem back in the day, but now she appreciates the fact that he can bring a little vitality back into her life. She’d love to make it a rerun romance,” the source said.
Rumors debunked
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
There’s no indication that Aniston wants to get back together with Mayer just because the latter has matured.
There’s also no proof that the Friends star is interested in dating younger men because she was inspired by Moore and Cox.
The only thing that Aniston said about dating and relationships is that she’s ready to open her heart again. But this doesn’t mean that she already has any prospects or that she’s going to date someone much younger than her.
